Confidentiality
At CEOSSI (CEO Support Services, Inc.), we understand that discussing the sale or acquisition of an operating business requires absolute, ironclad discretion.
1. Strict Preliminary Confidentiality
Any information submitted through our initial contact forms, consultation requests, or preliminary telephone and video calls is held in strict commercial confidence. Information is never distributed to third parties, competitors, brokers, or external entities without prior written permission.
2. Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs)
Prior to reviewing detailed financial records, customer details, or proprietary operational documentation, CEOSSI executes a formal bilateral Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to protect all parties.
3. Scope Limitation Notice
Confidentiality extended by CEOSSI represents commercial and contractual confidentiality. As CEOSSI is a transaction consulting firm and not a law practice, our communications do not create attorney-client privilege.
